    故事前传:两个天坛
     提到天坛,我们会想到什么?祈年殿、回音壁、苍松翠柏,也许,还有电影节。换句话说,这是一个点缀着古树名木、散发着人文气息的古建筑群落。然而在这个标签之外,还存在着许多个性化的天坛。
     20世纪60年代的天坛,京剧净角侯喜瑞带着他的梨园子弟在柏树林里说戏、练功,打磨一出花脸戏《连环套》。如今在天坛西门北侧的柏树林、东天门附近的油松林,仍能听到票友们的“咿咿呀呀”声。拳友们也喜在林间切磋,站桩、练拳、舞刀、弄剑,一招一式,步步生风。
     此外还有,相亲的天坛一东门七星石附近,大爷大妈们扎堆儿晒简历,替自己的大龄未婚儿女征友;踢毽的天坛一北天门到皇乾殿隔墙的石板路,上下翻飞的翎毽仿佛永不落地;“大嗓门”的天坛――月季园稠李树下、丹陛桥古侧柏旁,歌舞爱好者正以组合音响对游客的耳朵“大动干戈”。
     在观鸟人的眼中,天坛又是什么样子的呢?可能是一些地点:苗圃、油松林、天线阵。可能是一些拟声化的鸟鸣:“吃吃喝喝”“紫薇”“昨儿”。可能是一些场景:碧瓦红墙下一棵森然高举的古柏,是猫头鹰的白日睡巢,其紧贴树干处支棱着一双毛茸茸的“长耳朵”;歪脖槐树的树洞外,俗称“臭姑姑”的长嘴鸟悬停在半空,用刚捕获的肉虫努力填满一张鲜艳,J嘴;又或者,斋宫外人工草坪上,不期而至的罕见旅鸟栗鸦,正淡定地和几个幸运的观鸟者四目相对……
     因为观鸟,我们走进了一个有些陌生的天坛。这里虽然也有吵人的广场舞、摩肩接踵的背包客,但烦扰的世俗似乎正从眼前滑脱。一旦举起望远镜,就像一不小心跌进了爱丽丝的兔子洞,我们不仅获得了不一样的视觉体验,还接受了一种心灵教育。文学中有所谓“陌生化”理论,即借助隐喻赋予日常事物以新奇的魅力,使人恢复对生活的感觉,更新审美感受。在城市里观鸟,就有这种神奇的效力。当你拥有了观鸟者的“视力”,习以为常的生活空间便开始焕发生机,每一种自然物的名字,也都像刚刚才被发明出来一样令人称奇。
     天坛公园鸟类调查是“自然之友野鸟会”长期组织的一项活动。在每一个周末,观鸟爱好者们聚在一起,沿着一条8公里长的固定路线,观测记录公园中出现的鸟类。十余年来,在天坛公园中被记录的鸟类共有166种,约占北京地区有确切记录的355种鸟中的47%。
     长期的调查除了数据方面的积累,还留下了许多回顾文字。这些文字出自不同记录者之手,或简写当时当地看到的鸟种,或抒发初次观鸟的体验感受,又或者将调查中的所见所闻娓娓道来。古希腊诗人萨福有诗曰:“如果没有我们的声音,就没有合唱;如果没有歌曲,就没有开花的树林一。”
     每周一次的鸟类调查,如同准肘更新的剧集,故事中既有人与鸟的相逢,也有人与人的际会。让我们回到2012年的冬天,去看望一付老朋友。
