林育真,1937年生,山东师范大学教授,研究生导师,多年担任动物学硕士研究生点专业负责人,长期从事动物生态学及动物地理学的教学与研究。个人撰写、译著及参编出版图书26部,在 外发表论文52篇。曾通过 德语达标考试(GPT),得到 、德国学术交流中心(DAAD)及德方大学的资助,多次公派赴德国实施并完成多项 合作研究课题,部分研究获省级奖励。一贯热心科普工作,致力于科普创作,获山东省第二届 科普书及科普短文两项一等奖。曾先后被 及民盟中央表彰为全国 工作者。现为中国科普作协会员,山东省青少年科普专家团成员。
