固体废弃物(简称“固废”)是指在社会的生产、流通、消费等一系列活动中产生的一般不再具有原使用价值而被丢弃的以固态和泥状存在的物质,或者是提取目的组分后废弃的剩余物质。我国固体废弃物来源主要有四大类:工业固体废弃物、城市建筑垃圾、危险固体废弃物和医疗废弃物。《固体废弃物在绿色建材中的应用》一书重点介绍的是工业固体废弃物和城市建筑垃圾。
随着工业生产和城镇化进程的高速发展,我国固体废弃物数量逐年增加。固体废弃物数量庞大,种类繁多,成分复杂,处理相当困难,但可再生利用组分比率也不断提高。目前,我国固体废弃物的利用率很低,其堆存量仍然十分巨大,不仅侵占了土地资源,带来不同程度的环境污染,又浪费了可再生利用资源,因此提高固体废弃物循环利用效率问题亟待解决。
工业固体废弃物用于绿色建材的生产,既能解决固体废弃物处理与堆放、占用土地、污染环境等问题,又可取得良好的经济效益和社会效益,具有广阔的发展空间,应大力推广应用。产业化阶段的绿色建材对固体废弃物的需求稳定增长,绿色建材将固体废弃物资源化,是发展循环经济、低碳经济的重要内容,也是促进建材行业可持续发展的一项重要工作。作者长期从事固体废弃物资源化利用技术的研究工作,获得资助的相关项目有国家自然科学基金面上项目“基于多尺度再生材料的绿色混凝土及其性能研究” (51878366)、国家自然科学基金面上项目“再生混凝土多重界面结构与性能损伤机理及强化技术研究” (51578297)、国家自然科学基金面上项目“再生骨料品质控制及再生混凝土配合比设计理论研究”(51378270)、山东省自然科学基金重大基础研究项目“固废制备节能保温绿色建材基础理论与关键技术”(ZR2017ZC0737)和青岛市地方建筑材料管理处项目“拆除建筑垃圾高效资源化关键技术与产业化应用研究”(402019201700013)等,在此对资助部门表示衷心的感谢!书中的相关内容主要源于作者本人指导的研究生的学位论文,他们是岳公冰、郭远新、苏敦磊、王卓、陶李尧、徐庆宝、隋志成、刘超、李述俊、彭志顺等人。在书稿整理过程中,得到了高嵩同志的帮助。对他们付出的辛苦劳动一并表示感谢!
