喉居于颈前正中,上达喉咽,下通气管,后毗邻食管。喉具有呼吸、发声、吞咽和保护等功能,故喉部疾病轻者影响发声与呼吸,重者甚至可危及生命。喉癌是头颈部常见的恶性肿瘤,占头颈恶性肿瘤的25%,其精准的诊断与治疗方案选择与喉癌患者的生存率及生存质量休戚相关,目前仍是耳鼻咽喉—头颈肿瘤外科领域一大难题。有鉴于此,我们翻译了Laryngeal Cancer: Clinical Case-Based Approaches一书。
