作者简介

高云,福建省级机关医院,中华护理学会医院感染护理专委会成员、福建省护理学会预防院内感染专业委员会副主任委员、福建省医院协会医院感染管理专业委员会委员、福建省医学会科普分会常委、福建省抗癌协会肿瘤护理专业委员会委员、福建卫生职,护理部主任、院感科主任,副主任护师,从事护理工作20余年,在老年护理领域有坚实的理论基础和丰富的临床实践经验,在福建省较早参与并推进护理员管理制度改革,致力于构建全程、连续、优质的医疗护理服务体系。长期担任福建省卫生职业技术学院护理教学工作,参编校本教材《实用养老护理技术》。近年来发表论文十余篇,参与多项科研活动,参与研究的《一次性多功能气管套管临床应用的效果评价》获第yi届驼人杯产学研护理设计大赛二等奖。两篇论文分获别于2018年、2019年获2018年、2019华东地区医院管理论坛二等奖和三等奖年华东地区医院管理论坛二、三等奖。曾获“福建省优 秀护士”、福建省“小鹰护理”基金奖励,2018年带领护理团队获福建省急救护理技能大赛三等奖。

2018年,国家卫生健康委员会、国家发展和改革委员会、*等11个部门联合印发《关于促进护理服务业改革与发展的指导意见》,明确要求加强护理员规范管理、加快辅助型护理人员培养培训。2019年,国家五部委联合印发《关于加强医疗护理员培训和规范管理工作的通知》,同时发布《医疗护理员培训大纲(试行)》,指导各地加快培养医疗护理员。加强医疗护理员的培训和管理是加快发展护理服务业、增加护理服务供给的关键环节,有利于增加护理服务业人力资源供给,满足人民群众多样化、差异化的健康服务需求。《医疗护理员照护教程》正是在这样的背景下组织编写的。教程以培训大纲为指导,以患者为中心,紧密结合临床护理现状和需求,综合考虑医疗护理员的文化层次,在强调生活照护的基础上,注重医疗护理员对职业认知、工作认知、感控常识及患者安全意识的培养。
