作者简介

杨磊:毕业于中国石油大学电子信息工程专业,多年从事医疗工艺条件设计工作。加入北京睿勤永尚建设顾问有限公司后,参加了超过30个项目的工艺条件设计,主持完成了天津空港国际医院工艺条件设计的全面工作,参与了新疆乌鲁木齐儿童医院项目、天津空港康复医院项目、深圳市南山医院改扩建项目、泰康同济(武汉)医院项目、江苏徐州三胞医院管理有限公司设计项目等。

2020 年,在全球蔓延的“新冠”疫情,再次将人们的关注点聚焦到医疗卫生行业和医院建筑上,让医院建筑承载了更多的期待与思变。医院建筑如何规划设计,才能更符合使用者的实际需求,才能更安全、高效和绿色环保,才能更适应时代的发展,仍然是医院建设工作不同阶段从业人员不断的追求。
2019 年 10 月,在杭州召开的“中国工程建设协会标准 CECS 医院标准分会成立大会”上,我首次提出医院策划“以终为始”的理念。希望通过科学的“标准体系”建设,总结工程领域各行各业的经验,形成基础标准、通用标准与行业标准的完整体系;将材料、设备、技术形成基础标准,将建筑安全管理形成通用标准,将使用需求形成行业标准;再通过具象化的专业指南,将各种标准摘录贯通;在建设之初,为医院建筑交付成果提供完整的目标描述工具。“医疗功能房间详图丛书”经过十年沉淀和陆续四册编写工作的经验积累,为描绘医院建设目标提供了系统方法论和大量数据,目前已经成为医院建设领域的工具书,是医院建筑行业的“无冕标准”。本次出版的《医疗功能房间详图集Ⅲ》除进一步丰富房间数据外,更是为描述医院建筑交付标准添砖加瓦。
