前  言
为更好地贯彻落实《大型医用设备配置与使用管理办法》(卫规财发〔2004〕474 号)精神,原卫生部人才交流服务中心和中华医学会自2004 年开始分别组织全国医用设备使用人员进行培训和基础与专业技术知识统一考试。
2011 年3 月24 日,原卫生部印发《医疗卫生机构医学装备管理办法》的通知,其中第三十九条规定:“医疗卫生机构应当对医学装备使用人员进行应用培训和考核,合格后方可上岗操作。大型医用设备相关医师、操作人员、工程技术人员须接受岗位培训,业务能力考评合格方可上岗操作”。
根据2017 年5 月4 日《国务院关于修改〈医疗器械监督管理条例〉的决定》(国务院令第680 号),为规范和加强大型医用设备配置使用管理,国家卫生健康委员会、国家药品监督管理局于2018 年5 月22 日制定发布《大型医用设备配置与使用管理办法(试行)》(国卫规划发〔2018〕12 号),其中第三十五条规定:“大型医用设备使用人员应当具备相应的资质、能力,按照产品说明书、技术操作规范等使用大型医用设备。”
