随着市场经济的发展与高等教育改革的深化,应用型本科教育作为高等教育的重要组成部分,在我国经济发展中的作用和地位日益突显。为适应社会对应用型人才的需求,我们对交通工程专业应用型本科人才培养目标、模式和课程体系改革进行了探索与实践。为服务于培养目标、课程体系的改革方向和教学要求,在统一协调与优化整合的基础上,我们编写了体现应用型本科特色的系列教材,其中包括《公路工程试验检测技术》。本书作为本科生的工程检测类教材,其主要内容包括:工程质量评定;路用材料:土、基层材料、砂石材料、水泥及水泥混凝土、沥青及沥青混合料的试验方法及检测;工程质量现场试验检测方法等。本书力求联系工程实际,不仅学习如何进行试验检测,也思考为何进行某项检测,以及如何改进等更深入的问题。本书在编写中注意吸收国内外先进科学技术成果,涉及面较广,内容丰富。本书由盐城工学院李玉华、钟栋青、范生海编写。全书由李玉华负责统稿并整理。本书涉及面广,内容多而复杂,鉴于编者学识水平有限,书中疏漏在所难免,敬请读者多提宝贵意见。本书由江苏高校品牌专业建设工程资助项目(项目编号:PPZY2015A025)基金资助出版,在此表示感谢。编  者2023年3月
