随着医疗技术水平的不断提高,越来越多的危重症患儿得以存
活。其中仍有部分患儿需要长期依赖有创或无创呼吸机,虽然这部
分患儿在机械通气人群中所占的比例不到10%,但占用了 40%的
住院日,消耗大量的医疗资源。同时,这部分患儿还面临着院内感
染、康复、心理情感及昂贵医疗费用等问题。从20世纪70年代末
开始,随着家用呼吸机的诞生,长期依赖呼吸机的患儿开始从住院
过渡到院外护理。以家庭为中心的照护模式不仅使这部分患儿长
期存活,而且获得了更好的生活质量。近几年,国内需要家庭机械
通气的患儿逐渐增多,患儿回归家庭,家庭成员或照护者需要承担
