DRG,一种用于医疗保险费用的支付与结算方式,国际通行。自1989年北京市引入美国DRGs研发出BJ-DRG分组器,并于2011年在部分三甲医院模拟付费试点以来,CR-DRG、CN-DRG、C-DRG、S-DRG、CIS-DRG、上海申康版等分组器版本在诸多城市落地,但一直没有全国统一的推行版本,直到2019年5月20日,国家医疗保障局召开疾病诊断相关分组付费国家试点工作启动会,公布了30个试点城市名单,并按照“顶层设计、模拟测试、实际付费”三步走的思路,确保2020年模拟运行,2021年启动实际付费。2019年10月16号统一发布了DRG分组版本CHS-DRG,2020年6月18号正式发布国家医疗保障局疾病诊断相关分组(CHS-DRG)细分组方案(1.0版),分为376个核心疾病诊断相关组(ADRG)、618个疾病诊断相关组(DRGs),这将大大加速DRG的全国推行。

除了30个全国试点城市以外,多省又设“省级试点”,进一步扩大试点的覆盖面,目前全国、省级试点城市总量近百个,其中浙江省和广西壮族自治区更是在2020年全省(自治区)启动DRGs。
