自十九大以来，为促进乡村高质量发展，实施乡村振兴战略被摆在优先位置。《北京市乡村振兴战略规划（2018—2022 年）》中提出要立足首都城市战略地位，坚持乡村振兴和新型城镇化双轮驱动，准确把握北京“大城市小农业”“大京郊小城区”的市情和乡村发展规律。本书是“京内高校美丽乡村有机更新”联合毕业设计成果，参加的高校包括北京建筑大学、北京工业大学、北方工业大学、北京林业大学、北京交通大学、北京城市学院及河南城市学院。本书成果围绕京西古道上的古村落开展有机更新探索与研究，体现了各校的教学特色，也深入研究了大城市近郊各类乡村更新面临的特殊问题与困境，为京西古道传统村落有机更新提供了新思路，为实现京郊乡村高质量发展进行了有益的探索与尝试。

序言 中国的城镇化发展到了一个新的历史时期，乡村振兴成为中国式现代化的重要内容之一，而乡村人居环境全面提升将成为未来城乡一体化发展的重要抓手和工作重点。北京作为首善之城，其乡村振兴及美丽乡村建设具有代表性、复杂性和特殊性。京内高校城乡规划专业联合毕业设计的开展恰逢其时，高校人才培养密切关注社会需求与变化，更加有利于人才培养质量的持续提升，也为培养出更多与时俱进的城乡规划专业人才奠定了基础。 2022年“京内高校美丽乡村有机更新”联合毕业设计是京内高校城乡规划专业第二届乡村规划方向的联合毕业设计，由北京建筑大学联合北京林业大学、北京交通大学、北京工业大学、北方工业大学、北京城市学院和河南城建学院一起开展。各校参与的师生共有23名教师、39名城乡规划专业毕业班学生，他们克服疫情重重困难，对京西古道传统村落开展更新设计研究。联合毕业设计成果基础资料扎实，技术体系和逻辑清晰，在理论、技术、方法等方面进行了系统、全面的探索与思考。该联合毕业设计为各校师生提供了一个人才培养平台，增加了各校在乡村板块交流和学习的机会，促进了各校在乡村规划设计领域人才培养水平的全面提升。 北京城市规划学会多年来持续关注特大城市近郊区乡村发展与变化，持续探索大城市周边各类乡村、传统村落等伴随北京首都功能的发展与变化给乡村带来的社会、经济、空间、设施及文化等一系列的影响，并由此开展了大量的研究和实践工作。“京内高校美丽乡村有机更新”联合毕业设计拓展了我们在乡村领域的研究与思考，希望北京地区高校师生更多关注乡村地区社会经济时空演变规律，为北京地区不同类型乡村发展提供技术支持和人才支持。北京市城市规划学会理事长 邱跃

联合毕业设计成果总结

2022 年第二届“京内高校美丽乡村有机更新”联合毕业设计以“京西古道传统村落有机更新设计（门头沟区）”作为主题，并在北京市门头沟区进行代表性乡村选点、调研，各校师生选择的乡村有 7 个，分别为王平村、千军台村、东石古岩村、炭厂村、琉璃渠村、沿河城村和燕家台。

本届联合毕业设计具有两个主要特点：一是跨校、跨专业、跨地域联合，专家陪伴，政府支持，探索京郊传统村落保护与更新；二是涉及矿区村落城、矿、村生态有机更新与发展等典型乡村振兴问题。

本届联合毕业设计由北京建筑大学牵头，北京建筑大学、北京林业大学、北京交通大学、北京工业大学、北方工业大学联合主办，北京建筑大学承办，参加联合毕业设计的师生来自 7 所高校，23 名教师、39 名学生组成 18 组设计团队，研究对象涉及 7 个具有代表性的乡村。

本届联合毕业设计过程中，尽管由于疫情，现场调研受限，只有部分团队成员参与了现场调研活动，毕业设计指导和毕业设计前期开题、中期设计及终期答辩等各环节均采用线上形式，但各校师生通过线上交流，收获满满。设计成果体现了各校的教学特色，也深入研究了大城市近郊各类乡村更新面临的特殊问题与困境，总体来说，机遇与困难并存。乡村在基础设施

与配套问题解决后面临着高质量发展的强烈诉求，其中有机发展路径亟待研究，人口老龄化与城市核心区人口外移承载力及乡村发展诉求等矛盾突出，并具有显著代表性。各校师生开展了不同维度、不同视角的研究与探索，为京西古道传统村落有机更新提供了新思路，为实现京郊乡村高质量发展进行了有益的探索与尝试。
