护理是一门技术性很强的综合性应用科学,在保护和增进人类健康事业中扮演着重要角色。随着现代科学技术的发展和医疗技术的进步,护理新理论、新技术、新项目和新方法不断涌现,临床护理技术和水平得到了很大的发展和提高。

我们组织了临床丰富经验的护理专家,参考国内外专科护理文献,编写了《临床护理实践》,以期为临床护理实践提供参考。本书力求符合目前护理人员临床实际工作需求,并使之行之有效。本书力求突出三个特点:一是贴近临床,全书共列出内科、外科、妇产科、儿科的护理内容,在内容上分别介绍了各种常见疾病的护理评估、护理诊断、护理目标、护理措施、健康教育、护理评价,便于临床护士查找,掌握疾病的关键护理环节;二是贴近患者,贯穿以患者为中心的整体护理思想;三是贴近实际,以循证护理为主导,参考了大量国内外护理文献,收纳了近几年的新技术、新理论。

本书编写过程中得到了青岛大学附属医院多位同仁的支持和关怀,他们在繁忙的医疗、教学和科研工作之余参与撰写本书,在此表示衷心的感谢。
