【组成】干姜90g 人参90g 白术90g 炙甘草90g
【功用】温中祛寒,补气健脾。
【主治】1.脾胃虚寒证 2.证 3.脾胃虚寒所致胸痹。
【临证要点】呕吐,便溏下利,脘,畏寒,肢冷,舌淡苔白,脉沉细。
【现代应用】急慢性胃肠炎、胃及十二指肠溃疡、胃下垂、胃扩张、胃痉挛、慢性结肠炎等属脾胃虚寒者。
【方解】本方证为脾胃虚寒而致。脾主运化,能升清;胃主收纳,可降浊。中虚有寒,不能运化,则升降失司,清浊相扰,由此可致脘腹痞闷,不思饮食,呕吐便溏。治宜温中祛寒,补气健脾,营胃和中。 【配伍特点】全方药仅四味,药少力专,温补兼顾而以温为主。温中扶阳,则得除,得复,得补,健运有权,则中焦虚寒诸症自除。
【药物加减】虚寒盛而四肢逆冷者,加和以,增温阳祛寒之力;呕吐甚者,加、、等以温中、降逆;阳虚失血者,加艾叶、灶心土,以炮姜易干姜,可温中;者,加茯苓以宁心;渴欲饮者,重用白术,以助脾运化。
