前  言
中国医师协会超声医师分会自2007年成立以来,认真贯彻“监督、管理、自律、维权、服务、协调”的宗旨,积极推进超声规范化工作,前后出版了《血管和浅表器官超声检查指南》(2011年6月)、《产前超声和超声造影检查指南》(2013年3月)、《腹部超声检查指南》(2013年8月)、《介入性超声检查指南》(2014年4月)、《超声心动图检查指南》(2016年1月),这为规范超声医师的诊疗行为起到了积极的作用。超声造影是一项新型无创的医学影像学技术,被誉为超声发展史上的“第三次革命”,近年来得到临床广泛认可,成为超声日常诊断中不可或缺的部分,也是未来重要的发展方向。中国医师协会超声医师分会早在2013年出版了《产前超声和超声造影检查指南》,随着学科不断发展,临床实践经验增多,应用领域扩展,指南丛书也需要进行进一步的完善和充实。应广大超声医师要求,我分会于2015年组织成立了《中国超声造影临床应用指南》编写委员会,并于2015年11月在北京正式启动《中国超声造影临床应用指南》的修订和编写工作。编写委员会由黄品同教授担任组长,并由15位超声造影界的知名专家组成。在编写《中国超声造影临床应用指南》的过程中,编写委员会做了大量细致的工作,广泛征求意见,结合国内外相关指南和相关文献,在前一版的基础上,根据我国超声检查现状,通过电子邮件、微信和视频会议多次交流沟通,对指南进行反复的讨论和修改,形成初稿。2016年10月,召开了《中国超声造影临床应用指南》修订研讨会,超声分会领导班子及编写委员会对初稿进行讨论,并提出修改意见。研讨会后,编写委员会根据专家提出的意见,并根据相关专家的建议,再次进行了修改。历经1年多时间,《中国超声造影临床应用指南》终于出版面世,这是中国医师协会超声医师分会在推动中国超声事业发展过程中的又一贡献,相信本指南的推出一定会为规范超声医师超声造影检查、提高诊疗水平做出贡献。在此,谨代表中国医师协会超声医师分会向以黄品同教授为组长的编写委员会表示感谢,同时也向积极支持指南编写的超声界老专家、老前辈及各位同仁表示衷心的感谢。由于时间仓促,书稿难免存在问题,或某些表述存在不同观点,欢迎广大超声医师提出宝贵意见,以便于今后再版或修订。
