中国医师协会超声医师分会自2007年成立以来,认真贯彻“监督、管理、自律、维权、服务、协调”的宗旨,积极推进超声规范化工作,先后出版了《血管和浅表器官超声检查指南》(2011年6月)、《产前超声和超声造影检查指南》(2013年3月)、《腹部超声检查指南》(2013年8月)、《介入性超声检查指南》(2014年4月)及《超声心动图检查指南》(2016年1月)。2017年4月更是为超声界奉献了修订再版或新版的《中国浅表器官超声检查指南》《中国妇科超声检查指南》《中国肌骨超声检查指南》《中国超声造影临床应用指南》及《中国介入超声临床应用指南》,为规范临床超声医师的诊疗行为起到了积极的作用。
随着超声仪器及工程研发的不断进步,超声临床诊疗领域也出现了显著的进展。儿科超声作为超声医学的一个亚专业,近年越来越受到重视,超声检查几乎应用到了儿童所有系统和脏器,已成为临床儿科学的重要检查手段,也是未来超声学科发展的方向之一。然而,基于我国儿科超声相对起步较晚,且各地区发展不平衡,因此加强其规范化就显得更加重要,尽快编写出《中国儿科超声检查指南》是广大超声医师的共同的心声。
鉴于此,中国医师协会超声医师分会于2017年9月成立《中国儿科超声检查指南》编写委员会,编者均为来自全国各地的儿科超声专家,在各自领域均积累了丰富的经验。在编写过程中,编委会做了大量细致的工作,结合国内外相关指南及文献,通过电子邮件、微信及视频会议多次交流沟通,并广泛征求同道的意见,对指南进行反复讨论、修改及互审,形成了指南初稿。2018年1月举行了《中国儿科超声检查指南》定稿会,分会领导及编写委员会对初稿进行了详尽的讨论,提出了修改意见。2018年2月,编写委员会成员就具体章节内容再次组织进行修改、审定。
《中国儿科超声检查指南》是我国部儿科超声检查指南,相信本指南的推出一定会为广大超声医师规范儿科超声检查,提高儿科超声诊疗水平做出贡献。在此,谨代表中国医师协会超声医师分会向编写委员会及秘书们的付出表示感激,同时也向积极支持指南编写的超声专家、前辈及各位同仁表示感谢。
由于时间仓促,以及儿科超声发展相对较快,书中难免存在问题,欢迎广大超声医师提出宝贵意见,以便于今后修订与再版。
