本书旨在培养中医者面向临床实践的辨证论治思维,掌握辨证论治过程基本路径中的“三定三对”六个具体步骤及其蕴涵的基本规律,即用确定病位、确定病性、确定病因的“三定”方法来提高辨证的准确性,用方证对应、药症对应、药病对应的“三对”方法来提高论治的准确性,进一步再考量“三因制宜”原则对辨证论治的指导价值,终提出“三定三对三宜” 作为实现“理法方药”精准对应的客观依据。
本书选择了代表脏腑常见病证的100余例临床真实案例进行辨证论治过程分析,分别从四诊症状和体征的脏腑经络及气血阴阳归属、四态五阶段辨证过程、方剂与证候的对应关系、药物与证候症状疾病的对应关系、一药治疗“多病多证多症”的对应关系、处方分析、病因与病机演变过程的分析、证候的寒热虚实性质分析、辨证施膳与禁忌分析和预后等方面进行了详细的论述,同时纳入了体现中医“三因制宜”的基本原则,反映出了中医辨证论治的整体过程。

作者简介

孙喜灵 ,男,医学博士。现任滨州医学院教授、主任医师、硕士生导师,山东中医药大学博士研究生导师,享受国务院特殊津贴专家,国家中西医结合临床重点学科/学科带头人,中医心脾研究所所长兼中医基础理论教研室主任。主要从事中医学人体结构理论、证候基础及消化系统疾病的中西医结合治疗研究。
