簇的本意就是“一群”、“一组”,“簇药”是在中医对药(二味中药组合)、角药(三味中药组合)的概念基础上提出的一个新的概念,是对对药、角药及角药以上,如“药串”的药物组合的高度总结。从不同时代、不同代表性名家的有名方剂中,可以看出不同的方剂是相对固定的簇药对单元所组成,上自张仲景《伤寒杂病论》,下自张锡纯《医学衷中参西录》及现代名家名方,均有规律可循,这种规律其实就是簇药对的有机组合,一个方剂通常是由1个或1个以上的簇药对有机组成的。
本书的编排是以方剂学分类方法进行排列,共分21个章节,前20个章节按簇药对的功效进行分类,阐述了每组簇药对的“功效”“主治病症”“簇药配伍释义”及“参考剂量和注意点”,*后1个章节列举了名医名家使用簇药的经验。全书结构完整、行文流畅,具有较高的学术价值和临床意义,可作为临床中医师、中医院校学术及中医爱好的者的参考用书。
作者简介

作者骆杰伟,医学博士,副教授,现任福建省立医院中医科主任医师,硕士生导师。承担福建医科大学中医学教学,主持省厅课题多项。SCI等期刊发表论文10余篇。中国中西医结合学会活血化瘀委员会青年委员,福建中医药学会肾病、心病分会委员,福建中西医结合学会心血管病分会委员。著有《梅花医案》一书。
